Vic is a graduate of the Boston University Management Development Program, holds a BS in Electronics from Lowell University and completed courses under the MBA Program at Lowell University.

Accomplishments:

• Led a team responsible for the development of an enterprise-wide business continuation plan.

• Created a worldwide, regionally assigned sales support group to provide major account home office support.

• Directly responsible for $24M per year of new business.

• Implemented TQM which created an atmosphere that encouraged employees to solve many significant problems, resulting in a 5% DOA compared to a 10% industry average.

• Developed proactive member to member communications capability, for a corporate alliance, based upon the Internet and a BBS for member directory contact information.

• Planned and executed a business resumption plan and remote operations center for a large client-server based fund accounting company.

• Planned and implemented a back-up client server facility by adding additional servers and routers to an existing installation.
