Jim Stroh is a marketing and customer support leader with over 25 years of operations management knowledge acquired with a world class technology company, Hewlett-Packard.
Jim possesses particular expertise in process assessment and improvement, operations metrics establishment and tracking, Hoshin goal setting and customer satisfaction improvement. His core competencies also include IT strategy and support as well as technical marketing, with an overall deliverable of creating excellence in operations for any business.
Jims most recent assignments with HP include:
Managed a geographically dispersed team of Channel Partner Development managers. This team developed service support delivery capabilities for HPs largest resellers. He also developed and executed base product warranty programs for authorized commercial products.
Co-managed a 500 member technical call center for Proliant servers and storage, which handled 75,000 customer contacts per month.
Managed a 65 member third tier technical escalation team for personal computers, laptops, printers, servers and storage products.
Jim was an Executive Officer of TSANet for 5 years, serving as secretary, vice-president and 3-term president of the board. TSANet is a not-for-profit company dedicated to helping the computer industry solve technical problems for mutual customers. The board consists of 11 member companies and oversees and annual budget of $600K. TSANet is an international organization with 100 member companies.
Jim hold a BS degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University and has continued to be a life long learner through advanced coursework in strategic business planning, leadership and operations management.
